Oakline Studio is seeking an Architectural Technician to complete project drawings for permit submittal on a broad range of our retail and restaurant projects. You will be learning and tutoring under experienced architects to expand your technical and artistic skills. Oakline is a rapidly growing Design Firm that is building off its past 20+ years of experience and we want you to be part of our team!

The position you’ll love:

You’ll be working in our dedicated retail and restaurant studio with other professionals dedicated to these project types.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
You’ll have access to your client on a regular basis.

Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:

Architecture degree from an accredited College or University with a desire to pursue licensure or Architectural technology degree.
One to three years of experience in the architecture & design industry.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
Advanced computer skills (AutoCAD, Revit, rendering programs such as SketchUp, Enscape, and programs used to prepare presentation documents such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
Self-motivation and a desire to learn about all aspects of Architecture.
