RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):
Prepare and interpret financial analyses using a variety of programs (i.e., ARGUS Enterprise, Excel, ProCalc, etc.).
Utilize Salesforce to produce monthly activity reports to deliver to brokers/clients and input market data.
Interact with brokers to assist with prospecting, updating proper contact information, portfolio data, and industry trends, etc.
Aid in managing real estate listing services: CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Real Capital Markets, etc. and convert leads into call sheets.
Read and review real estate documents (i.e., leases and appraisals) to provide knowledge and data to brokers and clients.
Track key milestones throughout deal cycles, leases, and other activities pertinent to driving and maintaining business.
Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for presentations and business development.
Perform property searches and market surveys while analyzing property information and historical data.
Manage and gather lease and sales comparables through public and private databases to distribute to brokers and clients.
Deliver and update actionable reports, presentations, and analyses for client deliverables.
Provide the marketing department target market campaign data, email blasts, lists, and other strategic materials.
Network and build relationships for strategic data sharing with commercial real estate thought leaders and research departments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or Real Estate.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Commercial Real Estate or related experience.
Skills and Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce and/or ARGUS Enterprise preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to problem solve; creative mind that recognizes problems and provides solutions; ability to work independently; knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook; detail oriented.
