ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs a wide variety of skilled tasks in the maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment such as pumps, HVAC, motors, compressors, blowers, gearboxes, belts, small engines, and pressure washers.
Repairs and maintains specialized equipment, vehicle and machinery.
Orders parts necessary for repair and maintenance.
Maintains records of maintenance and repair work.
Operates with advanced skill light and heavy equipment as required or assigned.
Operates small hand tools, motorized power equipment, specialized equipment, and electronic test devices.
Assists in on-the-job training of employees in regards to safety, use of equipment, and work methods.
Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning and heating systems
Perform building remodeling and construction
Install equipment.
Reads electrical and building blueprints.
Performs all work in compliance with established Intelica safety standards.
Performs other work as assigned.

Ability to perform repairs and maintenance to small tools and equipment.

Ability to perform manual labor effectively for long periods of time while exposed to the elements and hazardous situations, with limited privacy, and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of self or others.
Ability to complete job assignments in a timely manner.
Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the general public, contractors, and other Intelica employees on a regular basis.
Ability to safely and effectively operate assigned vehicles and equipment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a US citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker.
HVAC certification required.
5 - 7 of applicable experience.
Must have basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and carry it a reasonable distance, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 lbs.
Motor Vehicle Operator’s license valid in the state of Missouri.
